Verion Training Systems: Enrollment & Payment Terms
Training Schedule & Travel
Verion Training Systems reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled training dates. We will notify students immediately of any changes. Recommendation: When booking travel, Verion strongly suggests purchasing refundable tickets or travel insurance to accommodate potential schedule adjustments.
Enrollment Process
Registration: To reserve your seat and quoted price, submit a signed Registration Form via email or fax to the Training Coordinator.
Finalization: Enrollment is complete once a valid method of payment is on file. This must be received at least one week before the class start date.
Testing Setup: Each student must provide a working email address (personal e-mail preferred) no later than 3 business days before class to facilitate the set up of the certification exams.
Payment Terms
Currency: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Quotes: Price and date quotes are valid for one week from the date of issue.
Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Providing a credit card or Purchase Order (PO) constitutes agreement to these terms.
ACH Payments: Verion supports ACH transfers. To set up this payment method, please request Verion’s banking details or provide your company’s ACH authorization forms to our Training Coordinator for completion.

Purchase Orders: Accepted following a credit check. Standard terms are NET-30 from the start date.
Late Fees: If payment is not received by the invoice due date, a late charge of 1.5% per month may be assessed on the unpaid balance, commencing on the 30th day after the due date. We offer a 5-business-day grace period before fees are applied.
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Refunds: A full refund (less a $95 processing fee) is available for cancellations received at least 15 business days before the class start date.
Cancellation Fees:
Within 2 weeks: 50% of the tuition fee.
Within 1 week or No-Show: 100% of the tuition fee.
Rescheduling: Customers have 90 days from the original class date to reschedule due to emergencies or official notifications.
Certification & Retesting
Recertification: All IPC certifications must be verified. Please provide a copy of your current certificate or your full name and certification serial number upon enrollment.
Retesting: Must be scheduled within 90 days of the original class date in accordance with IPC Policy & Procedures.
