*What is a Needs Assessment?
A Needs Assessment is a on-site evaluation of a clients’ facility to establish a baseline which reflects their current level of training and certification programs. Next, Verion will meet with various departments and personal for their input on the goals and expectations for training and certification within the organization.
Our clients become an active participant in the Needs Assessment…..they can address areas of concern or where they feel an improvement would be beneficial!
A final summary report provides Verion a foundation to help our clients determine what type of training program would benefits them the most.
